Well I had my air conditioning and heat repaired 14 months ago.the warranty expired on my 2000 Mercedes repair 12 month out I paid over $2000 plus the diagnostic fee $250 and it ran great t@l even washed my car I was very happy but the air went out right after the warranty go figure .But gaby said he would look and see what t@l could do they found out their were 4 cabin filters this time and they changed all four instead of the two from last time and comped my blower moter I still paid $512 but we'll worth it t@l took care of me and that's great customer services I will look forward to bringing my car back in the future
