I took my Lexus to two different shops and they didn't seem too helpful. My problem was the TPM lights were on and the first shop automatically assumed it was the tire pressure sensor without checking the car. They recommended that I take it to the tire shop. The guy at the tire shop also assumed the same problem and quoted me $600 to fix. How can someone come to a conclusion without checking the problem? Makes no sense to me. I went online and found TL Motors and saw that they had high ratings from customers. I took a chance and described the problem to Carson and he said they would need to look at the car. His mechanic ran some tests and the problem did not seem to be related to the sensors. What stood out was that Carson said they will not fix something that is not broken. Long story short, after doing more testing, they found that it was a faulty fuse that went out and it caused the TPMS to stop communicating with the ECU. My customer experienced with Carson and TL Motors was verypositive and trustful. Carson explained everything to me in a manner I can understand. The paperwork was very detailed with all the testing they performed from start to finish. I will definitely go back for future service and recommend them to family and friends.
