Honest and up front about potential costs for an intricate repair. Only downside is labor rates are about the same as dealership.

I am very particular when it comes to my vehicle. I suspected a blown head gasket on a 30 yr old vehicle. I chose TL motors based on initial conversation with Carson. My suspicions were confirmed and major repair work was done. I was sent pictures detailing complexity of repair. My vehicle was repaired in timely manner and vehicle motor compartment was thoroughly cleaned. I did not get impression that I was being sold un-needed parts as other shops typically do. I was informed of parts that needed to be replaced and parts that should be replaced because they are original and accessible. Thank you Carson and team for taking care of my vehicle.

We originally saw the positive reviews for TL Motors and called to schedule an appointment to bring our 1990 Ford Ranger in to trouble shoot the the AC not working as well as gas gage not working. After going through these items we decided to start with the AC after speaking with Carson. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the issue, but gave us a detailed explanation as to what he believed the issue to be. The shop was extremely clean and did not look like your typical service shop. The shop was spotless and well maintained in addition to had an array of makes and models of all years that they were giving care to repair. Our AC was repaired and we proceeded to move forward with have the gas gage addressed. Again, this was taken care of we now have our truck back. We would definitely highly recommend them and their quality and care of service.
